Very happy with the current support arrangements and greatly appreciated the consistency of a stable team. Communication has been smooth, with Service Coordinator Helen and support staff always being accessible and easy to work with. Overall, everything is progressing well, and we look forward to organising additional training in the coming weeks to continue building on this positive momentum.
Participant’s Occupational Therapist
My dealings with the support team and coordinator have been very positive. The staff are proactive, dedicated and focused on ensuring the participant remains safe, while also engaging with him and encouraging capacity building. Service Coordinator Helen and PDS support workers demonstrate patience during difficult moments, using strategies to ensure the participant’s wellbeing, while also respecting his independence.
Participant’s Speech Therapist
The team is genuine, calm, and respectful, and I’ve seen significant improvement compared to the previous provider. Communication and incident reporting from the Service Coordinator Deep is excellent. The participant is happy, well presented, and comfortable in her space. The home is well maintained, the food is good quality, and staff actively support her wellbeing and capacity building.
Participant’s Behaviour Support Practitioner
The support workers are highly switched on, know the participant extremely well, and work seamlessly with him. They understand his preferences, de-escalate effectively, provide insightful feedback, and consistently implement strategies introduced. Having observed different staff across various days and times, I can confidently say the whole team is amazing, including the Service Coordinator, Helen.
Participant’s Occupational Therapist
I have nothing but positive feedback about PDS support staff working with the participant. The improvement has been incredible, which I attribute to the strong support from Service Coordinator Helen and the team, along with stable accommodation. The participant is no longer under a complex team, and I believe this is due to the quality and consistency of his supports.
Participant’s Support Coordinator
During a recent home visit, staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to offer assistance. The participant was well supported, and his care is clearly a priority. He appears happy and well cared for, and the Service Coordinator Davide is highly responsive, communicating promptly and always acting in the participant’s best interests.
