At Perth Disability Services(PDS), we believe that everyone has the right to provide feedback regarding the delivery of our services or any aspect related to them.

PDS strongly encourages our valued customers, their families, caregivers, advocates, external agencies, or our dedicated staff to submit complaints, compliments, and feedback.

We value your input not only when everything is going smoothly but also when:

• There are areas that need improvement.
• Procedures have not been followed correctly.
• Something has left you dissatisfied.
• You feel you have been treated unfairly.
