Support Connection is time-limited assistance provided to participants to strengthen their ability to connect with informal, mainstream and funded supports, and to improve their capacity to maintain support relationships, settle service delivery issues, and participate in the NDIS processes.   • Understanding the flexibility of funds

Level 2: Coordination of Supports

Coordination of Supports is designed to strengthen participants’ ability to improve their capacity to maintain relationships, manage service delivery tasks, live actively & independently and get engaged with the community.
